Registration

I cannot login. What now?

Please send an email to info@familiedagenpernis.nl, and we will help you.

How many guests can I bring?

You can come with a total of 6 people. This includes yourself.
An exception is made for families with more than 2 children. If you have more children of your own who would like to come along to the family day, please register the extra child or children via  info@familiedagenpernis.nl. The organization will then ensure that the extra child is added.

I currently work for SHELL, but I will no longer be working on the 23rd and 30th of September. May I come?

The event is only for employees who are still employed on the 23rd and 30th of September.

I currently work for SHELL, but I will be retired on the 23rd and 30th of September. May I come?

Unfortunately, retired employees are not invited to the event.

My child also works for SHELL. So what now?

You may register both separately.

My partner also works for SHELL. So what now?

You can register together for both and any children via 1 email address.

I don't know exactly how many people I'm coming with. Until when can I forward that information?

You can always change this via the link you receive after registration. But keep in mind that a half day may be full. In connection with the organisation of this large-scale event, we would like to hear this as soon as possible.

When will I receive my entry ticket?

You will receive 1 digital entry ticket with a code for the whole family well in advance.

From what age are children welcome?

From 6 years of age.

Transport

Can I claim travel kilometres if I come with a private car?

Declaring travel kilometres for this is not the intention.

Can I use my SHELL car to get here?

Using the SHELL company car is permitted, provided that you are allowed to use the company car for private kilometres.

Where can I park?

Parking in the parking lot at SHELL is free. During a visit, you can make free use of the available parking spaces, which are within walking distance of the Safety Centre.

Can I charge my electric car or bike there?

There is no bicycle charging; cars can be charged in front of CK.

I am coming by scooter/bike.

The bicycle shed at the Safety Centre is available for use.

Do I have to arrive by a certain time?

No, that is not required (of course, you must arrive within the half day period for which you are registered).

What time do the doors open?

09:00: morning programme
13:30: afternoon programme

Do I have to stay until the end?

No, you do not have to.

Is there a cloakroom?

There is no cloakroom.

Are there lockers for my bag/valuables?

There are no lockers for valuables.

Do I have to pay for food/drinks?

No.

May I bring my own food/drinks?

You may do so, but remember that plenty of food will be provided.

Are dogs welcome?

No. Only assistance or guide dogs.

Can I take pictures and videos? Can I share these on social media?

Yes, but please respect the privacy of others.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is not allowed inside and outside, only in the areas indicated above.

Is the location accessible to disabled people?

The tent is easily accessible for disabled people.

Other

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code. However, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and possibly bringing an umbrella or jacket if rain is forecasted, because part of the programme will take place outside.
